At Horizon Dental Group we accept most insurance plans. Dental insurance benefits allow you to repair and maintain your dental health for many years. We will gladly process your claim for you. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit. We accept most traditional indemnity insurance Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Health maintenance Organization (HMO) and Denti-Cal. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company The state of California offers various managed care programs for low income individuals including Healthy Families. Horizon Dental since 1976 has always extended quality dentistry to families who might otherwise find dental care in affordable. For your convenience we also accept payments made with you credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. Financing is also available through Care Credit.
